Please note all pricing on this website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A 1.5% booking fee will be charged for any and all online bookings, as per our refund policy this 1.5% booking fee is non-refundable.
In-store CREDIT CARD purchases incur a 1.2% surcharge, EFTPOS (savings/cheque) purchases incur a 30cent surcharge. This surcharge in non-refundable.
Full payment for your booking must be received at the time of booking. Large group bookings or private charter bookings may require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking with the remainder of the balance due to be paid no later than 7-days from the tour date. This deposit is subject to our refund policy.
CATOURS Pty Ltd – ABN 62 658 264 898 is the company for which this website is owned and trades as ‘Coastal Adventure Tours’.
Quad Treks is the trading name for QTREK Pty Ltd – ABN: 56 658 264 807
For the purposes of our tours a Child is defined as those between the ages of 3 and 14 years. 15 years or older are classified as an adult.
Under 3’s may be charged a minimal fee to cover bus transfers, licensing, and food.
A family ticket constitutes 2 adults + 2 children (aged between 3 and 14 years).
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult and not left unattended at anytime whilst on tours.
To be eligible for the 10% combo pricing discount, 2 or more tours with Quad Treks or Coral Breeze and must be booked at the same time – discount only applies at time of booking and is subject to tour confirmation. See below for information regarding “Combo Pricing” discounts.
REFUND POLICY:
Please choose your tours carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong product.
Minimum numbers are sometimes required for tour confirmation, should the minimum participant number not be reached or the tour is cancelled due to weather a full refund less any booking fees if relevant will be offered or your tour can be transferred to another day or be transferred to a similar tour.
If you do not arrive in time (or at all) for your tour you will be classed as a “no show” or “D.N.A.” (Did Not Attend), there will be no refunds or rescheduling for “no shows” or anyone who does not arrive in time for their tour, especially if no effort is made to inform us of your late arrival or intention to not attend.
Coastal Adventure Tours reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle, vessel or water whom at the skippers, guides or employee discretion deem the person not have the required swimming ability, is a potential danger to themselves or others, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who has not complied with tour regulations and conditions.
Coastal Adventure Tours does not guarantee wildlife sightings or interactions, however, every effort is taken to provide the best experience possible.
Management discretion is used at the time of cancellation, for cancellation within 48 hours of departure no refund will be granted, for tours cancelled between 3-7 days prior to tour date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Coral Breeze Coastal Cruises Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any personal loss, damages to equipment, injury or sickness.
Combo Pricing Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are used in conjunction with our general refund policy.
Combo pricing is a 10% discount offered when 2 (or more) tours for Quad Treks and/or Coral Breeze are booked at the same time for the same participants.
Both tours must be completed for the discount to remain applicable. If you (or we) cancel the 2nd tour for any reason, and you are unable to complete the second tour, then the full original tour price will apply for the first tour that was completed, and the balance of that tour will come off of the refundable amount.
For example:
Reef Explorer tour for 2x Adults @ $150ea = $300, less 10% = $270
Turtle Adventure Trek for 2x Adults @ $155ea = $310, less 10% = $279
Total paid = $549 after 10% discount
In this hypothetical case the Turtle Adventure Trek was cancelled, which removes the combo pricing discount for the Reef Explorer tour, this reverts to full price ($300) for the 2x Adults.
The refundable amount for the cancelled Turtle Adventure Trek now becomes $249 not $279 as the discount of $30 for the Reef Explorer tour is now removed.

This promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and older, except for employees or direct family of employees of Coastal Adventure Tours, Peoples Park Coral Bay, or Ningaloo Reef Whale Sharks.
This promotion is offered by Peoples Park Coral Bay (ABN 21 420 469 196) and Coastal Adventure Tours (ABN 62 658 264 898).
Prize is for one adult ticket to Whale Shark Adventure Tour with Ningaloo Reef Whale Sharks (NRWS PTY LTD) Coral Bay to the value of A$480 inc GST and A$300 accommodation voucher at Peoples Park Coral Bay. Prize is subject to availability, not available for use during WA school and public holidays and/or public holidays and/or long weekends. Prize is to be redeemed between 15th April 2024 and 15th September 2024, however, if unable to be used during the specified usage period the prize may possibly be used at a later date subject to the discretion of both Peoples Park and coastal adventure tours. Tours are weather dependent and subject to minimum numbers whale shark and other marine life sightings are not guaranteed, neither the tour nor accommodation parts of this prize may be refunded or credited if the tour or accommodation is cancelled or not available. Travel costs to and from Coral Bay are the responsibility of the prize winner.
