Please note all pricing on this website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A 1.5% booking fee will be charged for any and all online bookings, as per our refund policy this 1.5% booking fee is non-refundable.
In-store CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) purchases incur a 1.2% surcharge, EFTPOS (savings/cheque) purchases incur a 30cent surcharge. This surcharge in non-refundable.
Full payment for your booking must be received at the time of booking. Large group bookings or private charter bookings may require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking with the remainder of the balance due to be paid no later than 7-days from the tour date. This deposit is subject to our refund policy. Email [email protected] for group bookings.

For the purposes of our tours a Child is defined as those between the ages of 3 and 14 years. 15 years or older are classified as an adult.
Children under the age of 3 may be charged a minimal fee to cover licensing, and food.
A family ticket constitutes 2 adults + 2 children (aged between 3 and 14 years).
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult and not left unattended at anytime whilst on tours.
Some of our tours include a bus transfer between our shop in the Coral Bay Shopping Arcade and the Coral Bay Boat Launching Facility, these bus transfers are complimentary and have no financial value towards the tour. We do not offer a pick up service(s) from anywhere else in Coral Bay, Learmonth, or Exmouth.
REFUND POLICY:
Please choose your tours carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong product.
Minimum numbers are sometimes required for tour confirmation, should the minimum participant number not be reached or the tour is cancelled due to weather a full refund less any booking fees if relevant will be offered or your tour can be transferred to another day or be transferred to a similar tour.
If you do not arrive in time (or at all) for your tour you will be classed as a “no show” or “D.N.A.” (Did Not Attend), there will be no refunds or rescheduling for “no shows” or anyone who does not arrive in time for their tour, especially if no effort is made to inform us of your late arrival or intention to not attend.
Coastal Adventure Tours (WA) reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle, vessel or water whom at the skippers, guides or employee discretion deem the person not have the required swimming ability, is a potential danger to themselves or others, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who has not complied with tour regulations and conditions.
Coastal Adventure Tours (WA) does not guarantee wildlife sightings or interactions, however, every effort is taken to provide the best experience possible.
Management discretion is used at the time of cancellation, for cancellation within 48 hours of departure no refund will be granted, for tours cancelled between 3-7 days prior to tour date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
CATOURS Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any personal loss, damages to equipment, injury or sickness.
