We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled coxswain to lead our sailing catamaran day trips here in beautiful Coral Bay. As our skipper, you’ll navigate the crystal-clear waters, guide snorkeling excursions, and share your love for the Ningaloo Reef with our guests. • Minimum requirements:
  • Current First Aid certification (can be obtained in town)
  • Physically fit with strong swimming ability
  • Strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service
  • Minimum of COXSWAIN qualification
  • Have at least a basic understanding of sailing

• Ideal candidate will:
  • Have knowledge of the Ningaloo region
  • Sailing experience
  • Be responsible and punctual
  • Be neat and tidy
  • Have basic mechanical knowledge and be able to do repairs and maintenance
  • Be able to have fun whilst operating within set rules/regulations
  • Have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot issues before they arise

Casual employment with pay rate to be determined by experience but is at minimum inline with award wage rate. Hours will vary with confirmed tours.
